Poor service and no responce from intex service centre udaipur as well as company call centre

I purchase INTEX UPS in may after that there is some problem in UPS for backup, for repairing the UPS i give that to INTEX UDAIPUR service center dated 1-09, JOB No. 274, (DIVINE ELECTRONICS service center name) they give me only job no. and date at their visiting card. After 2 months over they have no answer that UPS is repair or replace by company. I call the INTEX Call center for my Problem but they only talk and no solution for my problem & i submit on line complain to Intes web side regarding this. I have warranty on the INTEX UPS . I want my UPS back in good condition or New UPS replace by INTEX Company. I REQUEST to INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM solve my problem, I thank full to the Forum
