Tampered and faulty product

I have received the INTEX DVD player 15 minutes back through Blue Dart courier. The outer cover was sealed and I was asked to pay Rs. 2000 before I could open the package. I paid and let the courier person go. I opened the packet and found that the inner cover was tampered very badly. The polythene covers were torn badly, the remote was broken, DVD player was also looking as if it is tampered with the seal etc was torn. I contacted customer care and was asked to contact TNT and write a complaint letter and address the packet to Intex Delhi and handover to the TNT person. Lets see if they come tomorrow as today it is Janamashtmi and they are closed. Please help me get my product replaced. It seems to be a very bad experience with homeshopping 18 till now. Lets see how you react to this.
