Charging, not getting incoming calls, automatic switch off

Dear sir

i brought a intex mobile for parents for first time but when i called they not getting calls & sometimes i am getting the the phone is switched off so i brougth to service point but they did not repaired & said it is OK to solve this problem we want to send this to company it will take one month OK i have send but after coming from the service point it came back to its original condition i am helpless

the mobiles is a new one it is happened in 1 months from the date of buying... for other company mobiles if there is any problem to new one they changing the mobile to stop further problems
