I am RAKESH SONI. I am from RATTANTHAL, REWARI. I am a user of INTEX IN6633 mobile handset. I am Facing some problems in it. SO, I deposit the handset at co.'s service center named E-SERVICE at Rewari on 02nd May with it's bill Name on the bill is HANS RAJ. At the time of deposit they tell me for 5 to 7 days for service. But till now 23 May I dont recived my handset back. I go many time at that service center they told me that your handset not came from Company. ON 18 May they told me that co.don't have particular part of that handset and your handset is now on gurgoan service center from 3rd maywith recipt no. 1105CT1068993. I am facing many problems with out any handset.

I want to file a case angest INTEX.

Plaease give me information on this topic.
