I bought the Intex IN6623 touch screen handset and faced a problem just within 4 - 5 days immediately. The problem was - cracked screeen. I submitted the mobile to the service center with the commitment of 15 days / replacement. I recieved it after more than one month. After a few days I found the inside corners (under the screen in the case) are cover with dust. Also the battery back up is very low.

And I am not at all interested calling the call center & even go to the service center. My decision was very wrong to buy an Intex product.
