Incoming spekar & loud speaker not working properly

Dear sir/madam,

Deposit a handset in your local intex care dated 13.09.2010 via job sheet number R1009F0281138. Problem is not working incoming speakar & not working loud speaker. As confirmed by your local representative (BIJJU TOWER OPP. VODAFONE)& he confirmed to me your handset will be repair 15 days maximum. But till date i have not received my handset. I have faced lots of problem.

In this handset minor fault & i am shocked that no body cannot repair this minor problem at local end. Now 22 days is over & no solution by your representative. This is a very poor service.
