INTEX MOBILE / 4470N
MOBILE IS NOT EXCHANGED FROM THE LAST 3 MONTH

I have purchased intex mobile handset model no. 4470 N, but after the some months it got problem of voice and automatic switch off in software my mobile was in warranty period so i given my mobile handset to authorized service center Verma Brothers address- Block -S-8, SHOP NO.- 9, SHOE MKT.Sanjay Palace, Agra dated on 07.09.2011. from the mentioned date i am waiting for my mobile.

When i went to service center after 20 days they gave me a new defective mobile set that was not working then they told me that you wait only for 20 days and company will give you a another new mobile. second time they give me a old mobile and told me that this mobile you will have to take because our service center's persons has stolen all the new mobile set which are came from head office.

All the matter regarding of my mobile and service center i have displayed now i hope i will get justice against this fraud made by service center.
