Not return the mobile and its battery

Dear Sir/Mam,

I purchased the Intex mobile (IN-2060) on 21-01 from the retailer (Om Mobile sollution, in front of bus stand, Rewari (HR)). After some days it creates many problems such as speaker problem, keypad problem and battery backup problem.

On 06-04 i gave the mobile to the service centre (E-Services, Shop no. 441, Shopping comlex, Near Dawat restaurent, Model Town, Rewari) with its battery because its battery have the backup problem but without "battery cover".

I went to the service centre many times sometimes they told me that the mobile is not repaired till now.

Now they are saying that mobile is ok but they don't have its battery they said that i had not gave them the battery. Now the service centre executive are not ready to give back my mobile with its battery.

Please help me and take a strict step aginst the service centre executives.
