We want to submit complaint against constumer care of intex company. we had given dead mobile set to phagwara centure{bansal telecom represented bu tajinder singh of ludhiana}on 13, june`. company assured they will repair the mobile with in 15 days. but no set is given to us and when we complaint in costumer service, mostly they cut the phone or said us to call another day.with long period of 50 days we hav`nt got us mobile back. according to company mobile is now in ludhiana centre.

mobile is in gurranty of 1year.

and complaint job sheet no is1106ct1205714.

due to this we lost our important calls such as i was not able to attend counselling of my daughter which is realating to her admission and due we have to give10, 000 exatra for her admission.

also i have called at dehifor many times by std on no01141610224.which is given by constumer care.

so i request calmly to you for urgent action in this case also we want compensation of 10, 000at least
