Very poor quality phones are being sold

Dear Sir or Madam,

I had purchased INTEX MOBILE MODEL NO. IN 80 which got charging problem after seven months of purchase then after several requests to service centre some how i got my mobile changed on dt. 18-01-11 but after three months in new handset again problem arised such as when i call or receive calls the list of calls goes empty automatically n even front buttons layer is removing automatically which is looking very poor n co.reputition goes very dull in current market

So for CO.benifit change my handset
