Mobile Hand Set Problem

I have purchased INTEX IN 6611 from S K Traders, Jamshedpur on 22-08 and next day it was sent to your service center in Aakash Deep Plaza, Golmuri, Jamshedpur for its automatically switching off and on problem. A DO was created on 23-08 and y'day (16-09.2010) I recieved another model I -Smart replacing IN 6611 from the company. Now I am facing old problem again. Again this mobile was sent to PATNA for repairs on:29.09. which i recieved on 2nd of Nov. Again the same problem exsist. Now the main party Mr Anisul Haq (91-7631996630), from PATNA TRC, who is dealing with this issue from begining wants me to send the mobile again to PATNA and he will replace me with new mobile of same model and not refund my money but I want my money back with extra for my monetory loss also.

HERE I WANT TO MENTION THAT MR ANISUL HAQ IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS.

few days before, i recieved new set from company against my complaint to company but this mobile set has got same on-off problem.iwant immediate refund of money and compensation of Rs.10, 000.00
