Battery not working

Dear sir :

We purchased an inverter from M/s Rathna Fan House, T.Nagar in March. For the psat two months the inverter stopped functioning. the service personnel who checked the inverter reported that the battery is at fault. This is to bring to your kind attention that despite complaining no action has yet been taken either to set the Battery right or replace the same and as such the very purpose of purchasing an Inverter is defeated. It is also shocking to see a product from a reputed manufacturer perform so poorly. Will my voice be heard?
