Inverter of luminous
Inverter is not working with in one yea

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Luminous inverter 800 AV model UPS on 26 May form M/S Shyam inverter, Noormahal Road, Nimbahera Distt. Chittorgarh Rajasthan. It is not working since 6th June. An warrenty period has been given for two year. know one year is passaway and it has closed the working. We contect with the shyam inverter. He send a person to collect our original bettery and after20-25 day send and old black colour better for provisional adjustment. It working only 5-7 day but failed. I remind again and again but no response has given by shopkeeper.

We invest Rs.14000/- prevent by hot seasson but We feeling robbing. Luminous is reputed concern So we bought the same product. But it not fulfill as per our thinking. WE request you to take immediate action for replace our bettery and inverter and slove our problem at the earliest.
