A c not working satisfactorily

Dear Sir,

I have purchased your company ac LWA5HW2DD1.AE43YN1 (IN) two weeks before . the ac is not working properly. The ac is not effective, is not cooling properly. It seems that its compressor is not working. This is surprising as I thought that LG (life's good) was a company of good repute. As the room is sealed for effective cooling, the room is oppressively hot. Since Jaipur (house number 551/4 Pratap Lines, Jaipur cantt) has already become unbearably hot, may I request you to kindly take an expeditious action to give suitable instructions to the person responsible to rectify the defect. I would be grateful.
