WHEN CALL COMING THAN NAME NOT SHOW AND VOICE NOT CLEAR INCOMING CALL

Respected Sir

I purchased a ondia mobile Model G490 form Jain Trading company hisar (Harayana) EMI - 354918031626190 and serial no. - G490610003629 dt. 17-02 I face some problem in this set given under

1 Mobile no. coming but name not show

2 voice not clear incmoming call

I contact to seller, he said that you contact to service dealer M/S bala ji communication. I submit my mobile to shri bala ji communication dt. 08-04, when i go to take my mobile than service dealer not given the staticfy answer and said that some file is coming form co. after we update it.

I contact to given phone no. 022-39889000 dt. 12-04, but not receive statificy answer.

I face the problem without mobile. Plz. take action and repair my mobile under warranty

I mail also response@onida.com but not receive any answer
