Ion Exchange - Domestic Softenizer
Poor product performance

I purchased one Softenizer (Domestic Softner) from Ion exchange on 31st March. The hardness of untreated ground water at my home is around 350 ppm as told to me by the sales person from ION Exchange when he first and last came to me to sell their product. After purchasing / installng the product and recharging it 4-5 times as per the specifications of the company - and 2 times the recharging was done by company's engineer, still there is no improvement in the quality of water.

I must say it is a bad investment by me on a poor product with equally poor customer service from this company.
