Poor service of Zero B Sapphire water purifie

If you depend on this product alone to give you drinking water you may have to go without it for many days when it fails to work. Within 2 months of its purchase all of a sudden water started overflowing even with Tankful, Purification on and Power on indicators 'ON'. Complaint number 290119 dated 2/5 registered with call center from Pune is not attended even till 8/5. In between an engineer visited and told us that some part is faulty and it has to be replaced and it is not available with them. Considering the callous approach by Ion Exchange the manufacturers and its tall claims of “Specialists in water and waste water treatment for over four decades” your life saving drinking water can fail badly in its service if you buy their product. You may consider and check with your friends and relatives on the best service provided by these products competitors before buying one from this unknown company. I had no option but to go with this unit as the builder installed it in my flat as part of the property deal.
