SUPPLY OF A FAULTY ZERO B wATER PURIFIE.R

We had purchased one Zero B water Purifier from FSO Name Mr Sanjeev of the Company M/s Ion Exchange (India) Ltd, with unit serial No H2355 of Model No ROI on 23/02. The said was under warrranty for 1 year upto 22/02. However, the Zero B Was faulty and it started over flowing from top immidately the next month, . which was repaired by the service man. There were three services to be carried out free of cost with in 1 year. However, the service men did report only single time. The zero B again became faulty and there was not water purified. the same was informed to the company which was repaired subsequently in 15 days. Subsequently one fraud person came in the name of service agent of the caompany, and took 1500 rupees for change of the cylinder and left.

The purifier again stooped working and at that time we came to know that there no person has visited from the company. However, the Water Purifier kept on gettting faulty and over flowing with any water purification and we have to use Bisleri from shop for drinking. The water pruifier was repaired at mleast 7-8 times with in 12 months. Sone of the complaint Nos are 155816, 154752, 153649, 153150, 196101195, 125634 etc. Again the water Purifier is leaking. We are fed of the faulty Zero B. It is rquested that the forum may take the great suffering in consideration and get the ZERO B changed. The service enginner refused to write for change as they are afraid they will have to loose job.
