Ion/ Ion i100
No Proper Communication

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Had purchased ion i100 Cellphone.. i wanted software support for this so i had calledup i Care service station Udupi.. But i was totally disappointed when i spoke to them.. i didnot get a correct clarrification and details about my cell updates n software.

They doesn even know english properly. and even hindi also. if i speak in hindi they used to pass it to another person n so on.. and so even for english.. the way of speaking was totally useless.. So its a request whenever there is a firm Opened plz c that there should be a person who must know how to communicate as well as good knowledge over english or hindi.
