I bought a mobile phone (io-sound) in aug... product started malfuctining since 2nd day... i complaint to shopkeeper, he made me about 20 visits to get repaired the phone... ultimately he changed the phone... but again it started malfunctioning... now he is hesitating to change it... also customer care numb for mobile company doesnt work... nobody picks up the call... no address of company or service centre address on brochure or box... iti s some fake company fooling consumers in india... i want to lodge a legal case against it for compensation and want to protect other cosumers from fraud...
