Complaint about the quikr add bearing the id 85071994

hello frnds i saw an add on quikr regarding the sale of iphone 4g for just 12000 and i contacted them they asked me to pay 525 as delivery charges as i paid them the money through bank account then they called me and said they will deliver the product in 10 days after a few days i asked about the emi option they said three months emi is available and they said i have to pay 425 as extra i said i will pay 225 now he accepted and said he will send the bill for another 225 i accepted and paid him he promised me to deliver by two days when i contacted him he said that my product will take another 10 days to deliver because ipaid only 225 i got doubt and asked him to refund the money he said that he sent cheque through post and reach me in three days when i contacted him yesterday he said he was out from the company he is no longer in it when i call him yesterday he is not responding and made me the sms am giving his total bank details please help me
