I had recharge my mobile no. 9387260567 with 999 plan, but now customer service is saying that u had been already activated with 77 plan so u can not use this plan, and they r not ready to refund, if it was not possible then how they knowingly they charge 999 to my acc. this is purly cheating by company i want my money refund or 999 plan facility for a month as i recharged it on 5 fe
