I have purchased the wall mixer tap (2 way) watertec make, with three year warranty from Priya Tiles, Bypass road, Udumalpet during the month June.

The above wall mixer change over nap was broken, during the month October, due to the Nap fixed without screw the same was handed over to shopkeeper during the same month. After completion of 9 months, I have not received any reply or replaced materials up to 22/07. So I have send my compliant through e-mail on 22/07/09. even after, so many completion no reply received through e-mail or shopkeeper and all so not returned my defective nob. the consumer service is very worest.
