Sir, a samsung mobile phone was purchased on 12th nov from ctc city mobile b.k road.since a week it has developed a problem .it is not switching on .its IMEI num is356104031456916.battery num is SN-THIS820HS-1B.charger num isSN-RT3S9037S5B.please look into the matter and mail me wat to do next. thank you dr arpita soy
