Non stoppage of SMS messages

Sir,

Without my instructions you have renewed me with news service on my mobile no.-09829315762. I registered my complaint on the DND in the fully blocked category. My registration number is W-1038279354. You ensured me for relief from such chargeable service within 7 days but even after lapse of 20 days Ihave not received any kind of relief. You are therefore required to initiate appropriate actions in the same direction otherwise I will have to file a case against your company. Hoping for some positive result from your side soon.
