Jabra Stone Bluetooth Device
Poor Battery backup

This is TK.DevaOli from Pondicherry... I'm writing to inform you all that i have purchased Jabra Stone Bluetooth device on 16th Feb. On the first day itself i was very much disappointed to see that the charge is no longer exist more than 2 to 2.5 hrs (in standby mode itself).

First i thought that the device has some problem and suddenly called the dealer (Faxtel System (india) Pvt Ltd, Chennai) where i bought the device and couriered the device to ur company as advised by the sales head of the company named Mr. Arun.

After 10 days, I received a new Jabra Stone instead of the old one. I shocked that this device also has the same problem. But in the cover they have mentioned that the talk time is upto 8hrs and the standby time is upto 12 days.. I had continuously mailed them but there was no response... They blankly telling tat the ear device only wil have 2 hrs talk time but the stone (portable charger) wil hv 8 hrs standby... but after using the ear device for 2 hrs we have to put charge for another 2 hrs in the bottom charger to use the unit once again...

Im not using this device right now...

We need to know that there are so many good bluetooth devices available in the market for 4 to 6k why we have to spend 8k for this device which has only 2 hrs talk time???

So u people after reading this pls make sure not to buy this product and also tel to ur frnds not to buy this product anymore...
