Mal Functioning of health Faucet

I have installed Jaguar Health Faucet fitting in my toilet with seven years guarantee/ warantee. after 10 months of operation, it is mal functioning, I have approached the shop keeper . they asked me to approach callcenter of jaguar. I am trying continuously but no response. I request you to advise them to rectify or replace the item. My address is as under
