Flour Mill-Misrepresentation & not taking calls

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have purchased the Flour Mill from M/S Jainson Flour Mill, Address: c-15, Prem sambandh society, Ram nagar, Bhandup (E)-400042

Bill no: SRNO.BKJ-457

Purchase amount: Rs. 3160.

Sales Executive Mr. Rajesh Kumar.

During Demo, we were shown by Sales Executive that the machine will do 5kg. Wheatpowder in 1 hr. and it has to be without any problem.

While when we actually do that, we come to know that only 1-1.5kg of wheatpowder is the output. After calling to company, they told that initially it would be like that, but after sometime you get more. Also they told us to use the Big Chalni instead of Small chalni.. which is not acceptable at all. As we can't do the two way exercise of getting the wheatpowder and then again use the filter to get normal output.

The another problem was after running the machine for about every 2 min, . we need to stop it otherwise the machine get stop and show red light. It happen twice. 1st time th compnay replace it, but another time it happens and no sales executive came. Also if we know that every 2 min. we need to stop and then again start it, . we never purchase that product. It was total misrepresentation of Product & Product quality. No one wait for getting 1kg of whetpoweder for 1 hour.

We need to get back our Money and want to file a complaint to owner of M/S Jainson Flour Mill.
