Elecricity Meter is not working

Respected Sir,

I m sorry to inform you that My Grand Father have a electricity connection but electricity meter is not working and for this I have been regularly complaining to the authorised officials through Letter & Meter Reader and I was allotted the following complaint nos.

1. 5256/25 dated 02.08.2010

2. 7168/60 dated 08.12.2010

But I am not got the solution for my complaint which is a matter of concern.

I request you to very kindly take the necessary action against the defaulters and solve my problem as soon as possible.
