Dear sir,
we have registered a complaint for samsung refrigerator on the 1st of april. The complaint No; is 8406262965
On 1st april a techinician had come and told their is some problem with compressor and told he would get back within 2 - 3 days. But as on date there is no response from his side. We have also spoken to samsung customer care on toll free number, but no response from their side either.
They say we have taken the matter to the higher officials and will get back to us, but no use.
This just reflects that samsung service to the customers is very bad.
Kindly look into the matter as early as possible.
