Jaquar mixer broke within 3 weeks of installing

About 3 weeks ago I bought the following from the florentine range from Jaquar: square shower, hand shower and mixer. This was bought at Indoor Outdoor east street, Camp Pune.
Within 2 weeks of usage the mixer has broken and no one has come to even inspect the fittings although the complaint was lodged a week ago. I have been given the following complaint number: A0017204.
One of the plumbers who contacted me refused to come as i was in a 'different area' whatever that means. He gave me the number of another plumber - that number is not reachable. I have wasted too much time with no result. What should I do next pl? This is urgent now as the bathroom is unseable as I have had to shut off the water supply.
