Low battery Backup and Nearly 2 hrs required to charge mobile to 100%

I have Purchased Samsung Galaxy Ace Mobile. Its has all the android features. But the battery backup is so bad that I am not able to use those features more than 10 hrs. Also once the charging is down, it takes nearly 2 hrs to recharge the mobile.
