Jeet le deals (Blackberry 8830)
No charger, earphone, memry card not sent as they said, trackball is also not working properly

Hi,

i orderd a blackberry 8830 on jeetle deal by calling on 01204019110, and when i got my mobile i checked that

1.it was against the colour of order,

2.it was mentioned while booking you will be given a 2gb memmory card and they did not send me.

3.the charger they send me other blackberry phone not which i orderd

4.the earphone you get voice from one side

5.lastly i m getting problem on track ball of that phone

i have called them70 time but they have not given any response please do somthing

my complaint no.was 4512
