I have my own house which was costructed and handed over by builder by setp-08.Till april -09 few unit in the electric meter was comming, After may-09 till date the meter didin;t consumed any unit as no one was staying in the house. The house remained closed fron m the date it was handed over by the builder till dec-09 >In dec -09 we shifted to that house and one day the meter reading m came and said that your meter is faulty and got to be changed. Now they have averged the bill from may-09 till date and amounts to 4569 rupees. The sdo is saying that Who will prove that no one stayed in that house till-09 dec.

My point is that when the meter showed constant reading from may-09 then at that time why i did not I received any notice of faulty meter>after 9 months they are telling that your meter is faulty>please help me to get justice
