My issues is, 45 Cartoons of Torches were sent via above LRNo from Thane (Bhiwandi) to Kanpur on 19/07/10. Every Cartons having 60 torches in a 6 small mini boxes kept inside every cartons of 10 each. At the time of delivery at Kanpur, I was very much shocked that in one cartons two boxes having 20 torches were short which were counted in presence of your delivery man. Even I have mention for the short delivery of goods in Consignement Note immediately, but it is very surprising that how it is happen. You are therefore, requested to kindly take instant action and discuss with our Corporate office situated at Mumbai, (Thane) under intimation to us.
