Sir, i have a LIC policy jivan surabhi an amt rs 25000/- for 15 yrs and turms of payment in 12 times from Aug 1998 to Aug now i had paid all premium time to time. Now i got letter from your udhampur branch that one premium due and pay with penelty rs 300/- so now i want my full details of my policy No 140830665 dated 25 Aug 1998. as policy last peyment date 20 Aug and date of maturity 25 Aug. so please send me all details on (mr.anilsanap@rediffmail.com) imdtly
