Incompletion of work

Dear Sir..

My parents had oredered for a modular kitchen with the full payment of 2.2lakhs in the month of may... Even today (26th Mar) the kitchen cabinet installation is incomplete... Inspite of several phone calls & direct visit to their store the response from their end is so pathetic... The incharge members (Mr. Nirmal raj, Mr. Vimal raj, Mr. Vijay, Mr. Rajesh) come with some excuses each time or they just avoid our phone calls... & the process of installation has been pending till date... My parents are over 60 yrs & they are facing both mental & physical stress... We do not have any contact details of their higher authorities where the problem could be escalated... The last option left is to take some legal action against HOMETOWN... I kindly request you to help us in this regd so that my parents can come out of this stressful situation...
