GAS STOVE TOP NOT AVAIL WITH A PURCHASE OF 2 YEARS

I bought a Joyti Gas stove (4 burner glass top) 2 years ago. Price Rs.7500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred). The glass top cracked into many pieces within a year and a half! After complaining to the Agency all that we got to hear was they would be coming to see the damage... but no one came till another 5-6 months... Eventually when someone did arrive we got to hear that the Company does not have a glass top to replace as they have ceased production for this model.

I fail to understand how can they stop making something with in a span of 2 years and even if they do how can they not keep a stock of glass tops for such kind of problems that may arise in future!!

I recommend you all not to purchase these kind of stoves from them as it is their burners as well are pathetic... Even if you wanna buy ..please but the normal ones and not the gas top and also light the burners befor buying... this will ensure that problems dont arise so soon as it did for me...
