Defect in new product - no support

We have purchased Gas STove on 07 May. We tried to use it on 15th May. It was not woking properly, the utensils were getting black and lot of smoke was there (not common in LPG gas stove), so we tried to contact shop keeper, his phone no. was not working. We went to shop and understood that this has been sold to somebody else (Shop name - Chandan Steels, main road, nehru nagar, pimpri). We got Jyoti gas srevice center no. from new shop keeper.

The Jyoti gas station no. is ringing from last three days and nobody is attaining this.

This stove has cost us @3000 lot of mental stress with not a singl minute use... just be away from Jyoti Gas Stoves (surprizingly there booklet don't have any contact details of service centers in Pune, or any contact details with Head office, marketing office etc)
