Jyoti Gas Stove (Automatic)
No Servicing, Bad Product, No Saftey

I have Purchase Automatic Jyoti gas stove on 11/01 of three burner from Deepak Enterprise, 329, Nana Peth, Mamta Executive, Pune 411002 for 4200/-. As they have writen one year warrenty and replacement for this product on bill it self with there sales executive signature on bill # 185, He also clearly mention free servicing for one year to this product.

Now issue is that on 21/02 date the glass top surface of automatic Jyoti gas stove has been demage due to heating problem. The glass top surface of stove has got crack all over it. So I call up this guys for this issue. frist of all they where very rude to me and they told me that I have to 1200=00 rupees for getting it repair, So I remind them about what that have mention on bill. He then started giving me verious reason, excuises and lastly disconnected my call, there after never received my call. They are cheating me and are not commited to there services.

I think this product has manufacturing defaults and big time saftey consent of this product.
