Urner of the gas not functioning

Dear sir,

we had pruchased jyoti automatic ignition stove about one year ago. Sorry to bring to your notice that it has not been working properly even withinthe guarenteed period..The burner of the gas has not been fuctioning from last two months. Even tried to contact your service provider but received no response from the same.kindly look after this situation and provide us with the contact number of local service provider in chiplun.my contact number is 9922729107.If you donot take the proper action against my complain then i will hold u fully responsible if any consequences arise in near future.
