Battery Charge loss

Sir,

My brother had a Sony Ericsson K790i mobile and it had a complaint to loss charge immediately on everyday and the mobile shown to subdealer shop. They told that the internal board has the complaint and have to replace they told that mobile is production is stopped and for replacing it it will cost 70% cost of mobile. They told us the complaint is on "charging IC" it can't be replaced and have to change the board. We asked in sonyericsson mobile dealer shop in Kerala and they told us to show the mobile and if the mobile has small problem they will correct it and I had given the mobile to the shop. They told us they will inform us about it. After some days we asked about the mobile in that shop. They told that they can't repair it and we took the mobile and tried to switch on the mobile it is not working and I tried to charge the mobile it is showing a short circuit in chrging. After that I have given it to other private shop they told us the mobile is totally repaired and board is totally complaint now. What to do. I don't know.
