Kailash water heater
Not working/Very poor service

Hi,

Just to bring it to all people's notice, i purchased Kailash's water heater model Italia 25ltrs around 5 months back in July. within less than a year of purchase it has stopped working. i have till now made atleast 9 calls to the customer service centre and i get the same response "it will be attended today", but they never attend to the complaints. When bought newly also the time taken to heat up water was more than my old water heater of USHA lexus.

As far as possible AVOID buying Kailash heaters, they are of poor quality and their service is also worst.
