NEW MOBILE NOT WORKING-NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINS

Dear SIR/MADAM,

I had purchased Blackberry 8830 through you. My Order No: TSGYA4V06U and ID : 49160 . DEALS and YOU is the company to whom I paid through Credit card.

I received this piece from Ritcotech co. Gurgaon.

I have been complaining about the malfunctioning of the set, since I cannot receive or place call. It gives message as call failed or congested. Last four weeks I have been complaning to complain centre at Gurgaon on tel no : 01243917873/4. Even technical team was contacted on tel.no. 012-43917880. I have spoken to Ms Sheetal, Mr Chetan, Ms Gita, Deepa and Rajiv. They listen the complain, everytime ask all the details and say that someone will call you. Last week, Sheetal told me that a courier company will collect the phone and we will replace it. But nothing is happening. Today at 11am, mr chetan told me that he will solve the problem within couple of hours. Till 5pm there was no call from him. When I called up again, I was told that no one is available in the Department. My emails to sale@ritcotech.com and support@ritcogroup.net is bouncing back.

Should I assume that this is a fake deal and a fake company, to act further.
