Not returned mobile after repair under warranty period

I have purchased a mobile (Karbon Modal K-334) from Alankar mobile world, Raja building Kuttippuram 679571 on 6/3 and the hand set was unservicable and given at X-cell mobile care, TMY, Complex Near bus stand, Thirur Tel:-9539123888 for repair on 07/07 under warrenty period. Till date the mobile is not returned after repair. So I require your kind intervention to do the needful.
