Karbon Mobile- K 560

I am very much crazy about your karbon mobile as it is very much attracting me. On Dt: 27-2 i have purchased one karbon mobile K-560 (Touch screen). I am very enthusiastic to usage of that mobile, but unfortunately the battery backup is not at all coming even for one day (daily at maximum of 20 calls). I am also working in a ISO 9001 company i know the Quality of the products and the Consumer satisfaction. Can you please help me in this regard. How can i recommend the model to my friends? If any respond from your side i am the most satisfied customer.
