Manufacturing defect in charging cum data cable of Karbon Mobile K 661

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Karbon Mobile model k661 M IMEI No. 354870030038192 S.IMEI 354871030038190 from M/s i Phone Mobile Shopee, Booth No. 84, Sector 15 Panchkula vide Bill No. 5171 dated 17.10.2009 at the cost of Rs. 4800/-. Due to some manufacturing defect the charging cum data cable of this mobile has gone defective and your dealerat Panchkula is not replacing the same. Further No such cable is availble with your any dealer at Panchkula, Chandigarh and Mohali. The sale service reponse of your mobile has proved to be very poor and the cable in question is factully having manfacturing defect as so many other peresons who have purchased this mobile are facing this problem. Now I feel that purchase of Karbon mobiles are not usefull for the Public as your firm is neither taking care of service after sale nor keep stcok of items with your dealeres cum service centre to provide replacement of items of such mobiles as and when gone defective. This is a harrasment to the public.
