Battery and s/w problem

Hi,

I bought a karbonn mobile of model k550i with cost 2, 600 RS in Big C at Madhapur. After one month it got a problem like S/W and Battery Back up and I went their service center in abids for 3 time even though they did not clear the problem. At last I went to Big C they took the mobile and kept for 10 days even though it is not working. Again I went to Big C they told we cant do any thing again u go to service centre they are playing with me and u do what ever u want they told. So please clear my problem almost from 3 months i am roaming.
