Worst Servicing

Dear Sir,

I have handovered my cell Karbonn K30 at Karbonn Service Centre MOBILE INDIA, Nandanam, Chennai on 19-01. They assured me to give back in 4 days. But still they are saying that we cannot get accessories from their head office. When I enquired them, they told, 'pls go to any consumer form' I am experiencing very worst service from their side.

So, people never have a plan to buy an KARBONN Mobile
