Hands free not working

I bought my handset in Feb'10 and from day one i have problems. My handsfree is not working and i gave the handset for repair to the service center in Pune at e-touch twice for the same. Service center guys are not able to rectify the defect and they are saying that is best they are do. I am not sure whether the changed the speaker or just keep the mobile and return back. My battery life is also very bad and it is not even coming for a day. I feel really bad in purchasing this mobile.

Kindly suggest me what i can do. If possible i want my money back for this mobile which is not worth.
